Exhibition Tables

Exhibitors receive a 6ft draped table and two chairs as standard. We can easily accomodate larger signage (e.g. tradeshow displays) at the rear of your table. If you do not require a table or chairs, please contact us to let us know. All Exhibitors have the opportunity to take centre stage and be in the spotlight to share with everyone details of their busines, products and services.

Electricity (Hydro)

There is limited availability to electrical outlets. Please indicate if you will need access to hydro when you register. You are advised to bring extension cords and power bars as appropriate.

Complimentary Membership

Every exhibitor receives a complimentary three month trial membership to the Small Business Community Network (SBCN). This extraordinary extra lets you enjoy all the benefits of membership - including free attendance to all SBCN chapter networking events!

Refreshments

Showcase exhibitors are provided with complimentary coffee and water. If you wish to purchase additional items, Williams Fresh Café is located within the building complex and access to restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance.

Sales

The Small Business Showcase has a vendors license which allows you to trade at the event. We therefore encourage you to bring items for sale, take orders for services, etc.

Door Prizes

If you feel you would like to donate a door prize for the event, please contact us to discuss your idea. Door prizes will be drawn and given out by the Small Business Showcase committee on the day of the event.

Exhibitor Package

Prior to the day of the event, all Showcase exhibitors will receive an Exhibitor Package. This contains important information such as the Showcase agenda, a list of all exhibitors, important contacts and other details to help make the day run smoothly.
