Exhibition Booths

Our premier booths provide an 8ft x 8ft space, complete with pipes and drapes, an optional 6ft skirted table and two chairs, and is suitable for larger displays and industrial signage. They are perfect for demonstrating products or providing interactive set-ups.

Electricity

There is limited availability to electrical outlets. Please indicate if you will need access to electricity when you register. You are advised to bring extension cords and power bars as appropriate.

Internet

Free Wireless Internet will be provided for all Showcase exhibitors.

Refreshments

Showcase exhibitors are provided with complimentary coffee during setup only. Water is provided throughout the day.

Sales

No cash transactions can occur at this event; however, purchase orders can be made.

Door Prizes

If you feel you would like to donate a door prize for the event, please contact us to discuss your idea. Door prizes will be drawn and given out by the Small Business Showcase committee on the day of the event.

Exhibitor Package

Prior to the day of the event, all Showcase exhibitors will receive an Exhibitor Package. This contains important information such as the Showcase agenda, a list of all exhibitors, important contacts and other details to help make the day run smoothly.
